This class is perfect for students who have never tried Pole Dancing before. You don't have to be fit, flexible, strong, skinny or have prior dance experience to take part in this class. In this class you will learn to move your body around a stationary pole. All levels welcome Beginner Spin - Pole Dance Class This class is perfect for students who have never tried Pole Dancing before. You don't have to be fit, flexible, strong, skinny or have prior dance experience to take part in this class. In this class you will learn to dance on a pole that spins with your momentum, it's great fun! All levels welcome Pre-Intermediate - Pole Dance Class Pre-Intermediate is designed for students who have mastered the Beginner Curriculum and need a challenge. You will be working hard to condition your body and will go upside down for the first time! Intermediate 1 - Pole Dance Class You will now be inverting (going upside down) all by yourself! This class will focus on mastering the foundation moves you need to feel safe and secure upside down. Intermediate 2 - Pole Dance Class This class expands on the skills you have already mastered and you will learn new and challenging moves up the pole. Intermediate 3 - Pole Dance Class This class is by invite only and by the time you have reached this class you will have mastered the Inter 1 + 2 curriculum. To be able to participate in this class you will need a good range of flexibility and a good level of strength as this class will be challenging in those areas. Intermediate Combos - Pole Dance Class This class best suits experienced Inter 1 + above students as you will need to be strong in all foundation inverted moves. In this class you will be dancing through extended aerial combinations and transitions. Mixed Level - Pole Dance Class This class is perfect for everyone! Content is tailored to suit the individual with variations given to challenge each students abilities. All levels welcome |

Beginner Choreo - Extra Credit Class This class is a dance class! You will learn new choreography put together by your instructor and dance to a different song each month. This is a great class to train fluidity, flow and floorwork. Any level student can book this class although the choreography is beginner level. The only prerequisite is that a minimum of 3 Beginner classes must be completed prior. All levels welcome Intermediate Choreo - Extra Credit Class This class is also a dance class! You will learn new choreography put together by your instructor and dance to a different song each month. This is a great class to train fluidity, flow and floorwork at a more intermediate level. You must have a strong invert and both leg-hangs to be able to take part in this class. Splitsville - Extra Credit Class This 45min class uses active and passive exercises to increase your splits flexibility. As you progress up the levels you may want additional flexibility to master those split-tastic moves! This is the class that everyone wishes they had started earlier, it’s never too early to start stretching! All levels welcome Back Bending - Extra Credit Class Much like Splitsville, this 45min class uses active and passive exercises to increase your back flexibility. As you progress up the levels you may want additional flexibility to master more challenging moves. It’s never too early to start stretching! All levels welcome Open Practice - Extra Credit Class This class is here for you to practice what you have already learnt and a great opportunity to find your own dance flow. There will be an instructor around to ensure your safety but this class has no structure. All levels welcome |
