Beginner - Pole Class
This class is perfect for students who have never tried Pole Dancing before. You don't have to be fit, flexible, strong, skinny or have prior dance experience to take part in this class.
Pre-Intermediate - Pole Class
Pre-Intermediate is designed for students who have mastered the Beginner Curriculum and need a challenge. You will be working hard to condition your body and will go upside down for the first time!
Intermediate 1 - Pole Class
You will now be inverting (going upside down) all by yourself! This class will focus on mastering the foundation moves you need to feel safe and secure upside down.
Intermediate 2 - Pole Class
This class expands on the skills you have already mastered and you will learn new and challenging combinations up the pole.
Mixed Level - Pole Class
This class is perfect for everyone! Content is tailored to suit the individual with variations given to challenge each students abilities.
Mums n Bubs - Extra Credit Class
This class is specially designed to support Mums who wish to get moving again. You can feel safe bringing your bubs along to a family friendly class that focuses on tightening, toning and strengthening at a pace that is right for you.
Pole Fit - Extra Credit Class
Welcome to detention, this class is boot-camp style! Each week will have a focus to target different parts of the body. Use Pole Fit as a supplementary class to help condition, tone and strengthen your body for pole dancing.
Dance Choreo - Extra Credit Class
This class is a dance class! You will learn new choreography put together by your instructor and dance to a different song each week. This is a great class to train fluidity, flow and floorwork. This class is open to any level student although a minimum of 3 Beginner classes must be completed prior.
Splitsville - Extra Credit Class
This 45min class uses active and passive exercises to increase your splits flexibility. As you progress up the levels you may want additional flexibility to master those split-tastic moves! This is the class that everyone wishes they had started earlier, it’s never too early to start stretching!
Focus30 - Extra Credit Class
This class has a different focus every month/quarter. For 30 minutes we will focus on technique and exercises to improve what we are working on. For example March will be "Back-arch March" and we will work on improving flexibility through our backs
Open Practice - Extra Credit Class
This class is here for you to practice what you have already learnt and a great opportunity to find your own dance flow. There will be an instructor around to ensure your safety but this class has no structure.
