How to update the card details used for your membership
If you need to update the card details linked to your membership payments, please note that you are unable to do this through the MindBody app.
Card details need to be update through our website. You can do this anytime by following the instructions below:

- Log in to your MINDBODY Account through the main Mindbody page:
- Click on 'My Info' and then the 'Profile' tab, locate the 'Billing Information' section.
- Input the new card details and press 'Save'.
How to view your Membership T&Cs
If you wish to refer to the full terms and conditions of your membership agreement then you can do this any time you wish.
- Log in to your MINDBODY Account through the main Mindbody page:
- Click on ‘My Info’ and then the ‘Account’ tab, locate the ‘Contract/autopays’ section.
- Click ‘View/Print’ beside the contract.
How to renew your membership
You don't need to do anything! This will auto-renew on a month-to-month basis after your sign up term has ended.
