Lead with knowledge and confidence
This beginner aerials or beginner pole instructor training course is an in person, 3 day full weekend intensive.
3 Days of in person training, covering both theoretical concepts and hands on skills. The 18hr programme has been designed to set you up for a successful instructor journey, covering a wide range of topics and skills.
Choose to learn to instruct aerials (aerial hoop & aerial hammock) or pole dance.
Aerials
On completion of this course you’ll know how to:
✔ Instruct and structure a Beginner & Pre-Intermediate Aerial Hoop and Aerial Hammock class.
✔ Understand how to cue a wide range of specific aerial skills.
✔ Instruct an active flex and choreo class.
✔ Lead effective warm ups, conditioning and cool downs.
✔ Spot students confidently and safely.
✔ Understand how and when to offer progressions, regressions, and variations.
✔ Lead an adaptable and inclusive class.
✔ Ensure students feel safe, supported and leave classes on a high.
✔ Manage your classroom with confidence.
✔ Understand basic anatomy and how it applies to aerialists.
Pole Dance
On completion of this course you’ll know how to:
