Beginner Classes
In our beginner classes you will learn the fundamentals of pole/aerials.
Your instructor will teach you your very first spins and moves in these classes.
You will start to build the strength for a safe and successful pole/aerials journey.
You will meet other newbies in these classes who are also giving this a go for the first time!
No experience or fitness level required to get started.

Flow Classes
In our flow classes you will learn a choreographed dance routine set to a specific song. Think hair flicks, high kicks and attitude!
These classes are a fun cardio workout, using the poles, hoops and hammocks. Or book Floor F*ckry for a flow class using just the floor.
In our flow classes, you’re sure to work up a sweat, have lots of laughs, and leave feeling empowered.
Beginners are welcome in our flow classes!

Conditioning Classes
In our conditioning classes you will work on building strength and flexibility to support your pole and aerial goals.
These classes are designed to help condition your body for the specific demands of aerials.
Our Active Flex classes are perfect for students who want to improve overall flexibility (and get their splits!)
Barre is a high intensity booty-burning, ballet inspired ,workout.
You do not need to be strong, fit or flexible to attend these classes!
